SATURDAY NIGHT SCIENCE

UCSF was challenged to create an event that spoke to the intellectual curiosity of the donor base and demonstrate the University’s distinguished culture of collaborative innovation. Saturday Night Science galvanized the external community around UCSF’s advances in medical science to increase engagement, awareness, and giving.

I worked with UCSF to concept an event that pulled back the curtain to reveal the University’s innovative research using hands-on interactive experiences to captivate a targeted group of donors. UCSF provided guests the opportunity to intimately engage with faculty and their research, which aims to solve the world’s most important health challenges. Gaining exposure to new areas of research, guests selected their choice of educational sessions. Following the interactive experiences, the event progressed to an immersive reception allowing donors to share experiences and cross-pollinate ideas.
